The sofa bed left much to be desired. it was not clean enough for my standards. No kettle was provided upon request, and the lack of a small coffee maker in the room was disappointing. I had to deal with valet parking charges even though it was supposed to be free, and I was told there might be a lengthy refund wait. Amenities like the sauna required a day pass, which isn't clearly communicated beforehand.
